Cornelia is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association, specialized as a gaming attorney, experienced in assisting online and land-based gaming entities meet their objectives regarding their platforms and betting products. Cornelia has assisted entities with their regulatory and compliance needs in gaming being a powerful communicator and team oriented attorney.
It is worth mentioning that between 2015 – 2020, Cornelia has been General Counsel for three top gaming operators in Romania. Cornelia’s expertise expanded into real estate law in recent years, successfully handling complex transactions, acquisitions, and litigation.

Violeta is a member of The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania is among top six member organizations of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) since 2015. She holds also the title of Financial Judicial Expert, being involved in multiple expertise ordered in court. The main areas of practice are Corporate Tax, VAT, as well as the preparation of Financial Statements for companies from various industries including real estate, art& craft, financial, telecommunication and other services.
